- Ease of use Everything is right there in front of you. Settings is tucked into the notification bar for easy access. Widgets help look at information at a glance.
- Speed Project Butter might be the best thing to ever happen to Android.
- Configurability You can change a default app to anything you want, going as far as to disable a core app if you really want to.
- Ecosystem (apps, drivers, etc.) Google Play was a step into the right direction, giving Android almost every digital medium you can think of. Still needs some work though.
- Openness You're not limited to one app store if you don't want to be. Core apps independently update. Share to any app.
Detailed review
If you've ever had any doubts regarding Android, you can put them to rest now. Google has done an amazing job with their mobile OS. The entire system is ridiculous smooth thanks to Project Butter. Apps are finally coming into their own. Some developers are even making their best designed apps, thanks to the Matias Duarte approved design guidelines.
Overall, it's excellent. Don't pass it up if you get the chance to try it.
