  • Ease of use I find that ICS is easier to use and much more intuitive than Honeycomb. I have ICS on my Xoom WiFI great!
  • Speed I have definitely noticed a speed improvement on my Xoom since installing ICS great!
  • Configurability The menus and settings in ICS are much better and more intuitive than those on Honeycomb great!
  • Ecosystem (apps, drivers, etc.) Still waiting for a few of my apps to be updated to work with ICS on my Xoom. I am looking forward to being able to use Cisco AnyConnect to connect to my VPN... good
  • Openness Google released the source code unlike they did for Honeycomb... great!

My experience and thoughts on Ice Cream Sandwich are from my use of it on my Xoom WiFi.
With Ice Cream Sandwich Android has finally hit prime-time. The look and feel of the OS is much more polished and fluid. My Xoom feels completely new and more responsive in regular use which has given that device a new lease on life. I really enjoy being able to bring up recent/running apps with the option of easily choosing one or swiping them away - I use this feature all of the time. I have only run into one or two apps that I cannot install on ICS, one of which is an app for my companies voicemail (it works on GB and HC). Now I cannot wait to have ICS on a phone (still running my Droid X). Galaxy Note maybe???
