How to reproduce:
1. Start a new gtgt discussion topic. Notice how the subject line has "75 characters left".
2. Paste this in the subject line: "a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z"
3. Notice that the automatic character counter displays "23 characters left".
4. Obviously, you've actually used 103 characters, so try posting the topic.
5. Notice the error message: "Topic must not exceed 75 characters."
BUG: The automatic character count for topics should count spaces as well
