Zune HD going to be at the gdgt launch party and meetup in SFlaunch
So we all found out that On the 4 of August, gdgt is going to have its launch party, & its going to show off some new Tech from18 companies of its newest gear like The Zune HD, & window mobile, But the big part is showing of the new Zune HD. Im am so excited, & I bet so is about everyone else who is excited about the Zune HD, Come on, ITS THE ZUNE HD, But there is still going to be windows mobile stuff, Thats cool, & you can enter in your own stuff, for people to vote, Or something like that. So leave coments if your excited about the Zune HD being at the gdgt launch party!
dude f***ing awesome! Too bad that i can't be there, as i'm only a 16yo w/o his license. How could i go w/ my parents? They would be my only method of travel. I hate being a teenager!!!!!
I'm with ubi. Sucks being over here on the East coast. All you guys going-- dig up as much info as you possibly can and leak it to us! Specifically, what's in the "More" section, and how does that browser look (actually, I heard the browser isn't even finished yet...).
Hopefully those able to attend the event will be able to take pictures or video of the device in action, plus at least some first-hand accounts of the UX and features!
I'll be there and I'll be taking pics and videos too. I'll be sure to update with a mini-review when I get back.....hopefully with a Zune that I winnnnn! :)

Microsoft PR are going to be there so even if this were true they'll show it off as device-wise they don't have much to hide. This launch party is obviously the start of the built up to launch next month.

This is the main reason I really wish I could go to the meetup. Why not do a meetup in the Seattle area? I'm sure it would be easy to get some people from Zune to come to that. Not to mention, I could go. I wonder if Ryan & Peter are going to PAX. That would be a perfect opportunity for a meetup in Seattle.
The Zune HD looks amazing. Probably going to take ages before it is released outside of the states. Also can I really justify buying it when I already have an iPhone 3G?

Damn, I was hoping for some new info, but I forgot about the east coast/west coast time difference.
