Yes, I got one!
Yes, I really got one! It took a little negotiating, but I was finally able to get my hands on one. So far really loving it, it's faster than any other OQO I've used. It's not a speed demon, but it's not frustratingly slow like the earlier models. I don't know if that would have made a difference -- I think the high price and form factor made it difficult for the OQO to find a place in the market -- but I think we're all a little worse off for these guys having gone out of business.
So any questions about it?

My friend owns one which you guys call +OLED version. His dad worked at the company that made it and he got few other cool gadgets with built in carrier network, stylus, extra acceosories, and functions / custom firmware that wasn't avail. to public. I'm really jealous lol but i get to play with it often.
I'm thinking I might try that when my model 02 arrives sometime this week.
Might be easier to use a USB key with the Windows 7 installer on it. Quicker too.
I have Win7 on my Model 2 (NOT a +) and it runs pretty well, so I'd figure it'll run nice on that 2+.
I'd love to see a video review of it, esp if you could compare it to a Model 2, side-by-side.

Congrats! Like everyone else I'm jealous. I craved an OQO2+ with the DVD drive stand. Like the other posters I was keen on the OLED version especially.
I'm keen to know about your experience after using it for a week or two.
-Carrying method -jacket pocket or bag etc.
-Whether heat is a big issue with hours of use.
-The programs you run on it, media use, web browsing etc.

This thing really looks like what netbooks should be to me. If you're going to go that small, might as well go handheld. I don't know actual specs, but when I heard Atom, I assumed it's comparable to an average netbook. I would totally want one of this if it has a decent touch screen, built-in 3G, and works with Multimedia Fusion.
Problem is, every time I hear about one of these things, they are super expensive. At least netbooks are like $300. Weren't these things supposed to be like $800+?

Wow, that is sweet! Like several people here, I've always wanted to give one a try. They just seem like what I would consider to be my ideal, ultra mobile pc form factor. Oh well, unfortunately it looks like they'll go the way of the newton. Coveted, championed, but utterly elusive.
Anybody want to pick one up?
