I assume you mean video chatting in Skype?
It's potentially doable considering that it works fine with iPhone 4 and the latest iPod touch! (There isn't a Skype specific / universal iPad chat client though, so you'd have to view the app at 2x. I'm sure this will be rectified soon enough!)
