Sorry your link just returns to the same page that does not have a download for the os. This link however does have the download of the iso.

The download link is not an actual link but the text of the link to use, i.e. gdgt.com/google/chrome-os/download/ . Unfortunately it's a VMWare image but VMWare Player is free. So it's actually two downloads for most people.
