What's the best booklight for the Kindle 3?

I have the Kandle. As seen in the photo below it gives good light coverage but due to the size of the clip it doesn't feel very secure on the Kindle 3.

I have the leather cover with integrated light made by Amazon. I love it because it's always there and powered by the Kindle. It's also basically invisible when you're not using it. Highly recommended.

My mother has that cover on her Kindle and though it's really nice it's not what I'm looking for. Other than a screen protector I prefer a bare (nekkid?) Kindle. Thanks!

Have you noticed any substantial reduction in the battery life? One of the things I like about the Kindle is going 3 or 4 weeks between charges.

I'm not a non-stop user of my Kindle, so I'm not a great gauge of its battery life in general. However, using the light definitely increases the need to recharge. From my perspective, however, I'd rather charge one thing more frequently than have to worry about charging a second thing.

I don't use it enough to vouch for how good it is in day to day use, but I have the M-Edge e-Luminator2 , which slides into their Go! jacket nicely:

The material has a pretty cheap plastic feel to it, but the base rotates and then the head is completely flexible again, so you can position it nicely. Because it slides into the case, I'm not incurring any wear on the case by clipping anything to it. The light also comes in 2 brightness settings.

I absolutely like the Go! case BTW. I have the brown one, and it's nice and stylish, with the material being durable enough that it doesn't scratch that easily (unlike the iPad 2 smart cover).
