What 3 games are you currently playing right now?

MW2
Street Fighter IV
Little Big Planet
... and runner up Peggle(don't judge me!)

I just got Burnout: Paradise during the PSN deal and recently bought Infamous - so those two and I guess Noby Noby Boy. The occasional game of Resistance 2, too.

Right Now:

Burnout Paradise
Fallout 3
GTAIV

I have to agree about R&C:ACiT. It's absolutely great. the platforming is really solid, the weapons are amazing and the last 3 bonus time puzzles are really really fun to do - and you get a good reward for each. Just excellent.

If I hadn't just finished it though there's no way AC2 would miss out on this list - waiting for that DLC!!

I'm pretty surprised by your list because those are older games... are you trying to complete them all 100% and get all the trophies?

I'm not saying it in a bad way, I still play Halo 3 and Super Mario 3 all the time and they are really old... just curious..

No - I just only got my ps3 a short while ago and I got these games when I bought it cos I'd heard good things about them. I've focused more on Uncharted 2 and AC2 until now but I thought these games deserved more time than I'd given them so far. I haven't actually completed any of them even once yet.

Ratchet & Clank Crack In Time (4th time thru! all Zoni/GB, going for all other trophies)
Elder Scrolls Oblivion
Little Big Planet
Try to find time to get on the machine with 3 kids all wanting to have the R&C disc, 3 PS3 doesn't help, need 3 versions of the game.

Ratchet & Clank is still the best 3rd person action/platformer.... (that the kids can play at least)
I'm still finishing Ratchet & Clank Tools of Destruction and it is truly magical...

after playing Bayonetta and Dante's Inferno, God of War is still the best mature title and GoW III will probably close the book on that....

simply never preferred Tekken over Soulcalibur or DoA.... love fighting games, but don't have enough people who want to play them so they always get forgotten quickly... oh well...

Currently on the top of the playlist:

Modern Warfare 2
Uncharted 2
SOCOM Confrontation

and when those games get frustrating:

Katamari Forever
Rock Band 2
Playstation Home...if you consider it a game, lol.

I've put over 130 hours into Dragon Age: Origins and now am pretty deep into Borderlands. I've messed around with Braid and Pixel Junk Shooter as well.

can you comment on or, if its too long, create a discussion about MAG. I almost totally forgot about it and I haven't read any reviews or heard any feedback about it at all. I was also wondering, if you've played Call of Duty MW or MW2, how it compares to those games?

Uncharted 2, Braid, MW2

Uncharted 2 is definitely my game of 2009. MW2's multiplayer is great but often infuriating when you face off against a clan of 14-year-olds.

MW2, inFamous, and Ratchet and Clank: ACiT... with a little Braid thrown in there too (really innovative and totally frustrating)

After I finish my evil playthrough of inFamous (already beat it on hero), I'm gonna get started on Fallout 3.... wish me luck.... ;)

Braid is indeed very frustrating, but it's so worth it when you solve all of the puzzles by yourself without any help. Don't look up the answers whatever you do!

There are a couple pieces in chapter 6 in Braid that I simply cannot figure out (believe me I've tried) so I think I'm gonna have to check a guide for those. I'm not quite giving up hope yet, but I can only take so much frustration before I look it up.

Guitar Hero 5
Guitar Hero World Tour

My gaming habits haven't been especially diverse or eclectic lately....

Planning on getting Pixeljunk Shooter and Wipeout HD soon to balance me out....

wipeout HD is a dream come true... there is so much to do and to do it all on expert takes forever...

I am still about 20 hours away from finishing it I would say.... love it!! (and then there is an amazing fighting-focused expansion pack for it too!!)

s**t, forgot I'm playing CoD:MW2 on xbox too!

My 3 PS3 games I'm in between are:

Uncharted 2
inFAMOUS
Ratchet & Clank: ToD

I love all these games and want to finish them and see the conclusion, but CoD is stealing most of my time lately. That and lots of basketball and football games.

MW2 is getting 90% of my time. I'm at level 65. When I get to 70 I'll probably just stop and find something new to play.

thats what I said....

then my roommate went Prestige mode...

then I went prestige mode... now I'm level 45 again and loving it even more the second time through!!!

I'm hoping I love it just as much the tenth time through!! (ten times prestige is the final limit...)

what's prestige mode? i've heard someone else use that term

coologuy1957

the easiest way to explain it is you reset everything... you start from the beginning again (Level 1) and lose all your weapons, all your perks, and start from square one again.

it sounds dumb, but its actually been a lot of fun the second time through (you can go through prestige 10 times). you go all the way to Level 70 again, then you can do it again. Each time you get new challenges to do also so there is always something new to do. For instance, on my rocket launchers now, there is a slot near headshot count where it now counts number of multikills. And under challenges, there is a new "prestige" category with new hilarious ways to try and kill people. it basically just adds a ton of replay value to the game. not that it needed it, its just fun playing online period. But this gives you more to focus on while you play. And losing all your stuff ups the challenge considerably too.

every other time you do it, you also earn another class slot, so by the end of it you will have a total of 10 classes to customize.

happy shooting!!
