Watching the Xbox keynote?
What are your favorite features announced so far?
At the moment, Bing, YouTube, Xbox Live TV are coming in future updates.

YouTube integration is fantastic - I can finally dump the clunky PlayOn interface with my desktop now. Also, I wish they would detail the Live TV a bit more - that intrigues me a lot (especially the DVR aspect). I have to hand it to Microsoft, they've continued to make my five year old Xbox 360 into one of the most cost-effective electronics I've purchased.
Lastly, I'm on the fence about the new Halo trilogy coming in 2012. I was hoping they would let ending in Halo 3 live for a while before trying to come back to it. However, I'm sure they didn't want to pass up on the easy brand money (Halo 4 vs Halo: New Unrecognizable Name without Master Chief). Hopefully they don't try to beat it into the ground ala Modern Warfare's yearly releases.

I'm disappointed that Dust 514 is a PS3 exclusive. Otherwise, this looks like a solid and steady, if unexciting, year for the Xbox.
I'm kinda worried about how Youtube will be. I hope its not resource intensive for smooth start times and responsiveness. Also, I'd like to see some party support so videos could be shared and watched with friends. Hopefully it retains some of Youtube's traits like playlists, related videos, commenting system, and (fingers crossed) Youtube Live. Personally I don't mind the ads on Youtube considering the metric ton of video that's uploaded and its free.
Other concerns include the ability to type in the Bing Search bar with a keyboard directly instead of loading the onscreen keyboard, customization of the color scheme, and performance of the new dashboard in general. I like the Metro UI, I just hope the it has good response time.
Edit: Not announced at the keynote, but cloud storage of game progress as well as something called "Beacons" will be available.
