This weekend, someone swapped out my normal, full size Apple keyboard sitting at my desk with one of these tiny ones. After trying to use it for 10 minutes, I'm noticing a ton of typing errors (plus the lack of a numeric keypad kills me). I'm not sure if it's the angle the keyboard is resting at, the small size, or a combination of factors, but this thing is just a nightmare for me to use.
Granted, I realize that the dimensions are exactly the same as the keyboard in my MacBook Pro -- which probably explains why I rarely type with it!
Discussion about
This tiny Apple keyboard has to be one of the worst desktop keyboards ever invented.
Nope. Function keys on the bottom row are smaller, arrow keys are smaller and stuffed under the Shift / Enter keys. It's the exact same layout as the MacBook / MacBook Pro.
The actual size and spacing of the letter / number keys are probably the same as the full size keyboard -- but I'm still having trouble typing on this. I think the petite dimensions of this keyboard are throwing me off (I find my pinky fingers hanging off the edge of the keyboard and floating in mid air).

There's minor revisions. The only difference is the bottom row.
The thing that gets me most about the wireless keyboard is its clatteriness. That, combined with the godawful feel of the Apple scissor-action chicklets in general means all of my wireless keyboards have been either given away or are collecting dust for that highly unlikely eventuality that I ever need them.

I recently Bought a monitor, vertical closed Macbook Pro Stand, and Apple Wireless Keyboard so that I can hook up my Macbook Pro as a desktop when I work from home and then go mobile very easily all on the same machine. I work with numbers a ton from home so I needed a number pad but also really wanted a clutter free wireless experience. So I found this (store.apple.com/us/product/H4606ZM/A?fnode=MTY1NDA...) at the Apple store and right away found it to be perfect for my needs. Gives me a wireless clutter free typing experience while also providing a large full number pad for my number using graphic design job.
Its an expensive way to get more of my life wireless however it also is an effective one.
