After a year of use the tracking became super jittery and even caused the point to move on it's own. My experience with this product always felt as if it was almost good.
It almost preformed as well as the other mice out there, the size of the mouse was almost perfect, the button placement was almost in the right spot, and the in game software was great... in concept. This mouse had HUGE potential and they over designed it.
Razer's customer service is a joke as well. I had to contact them 3 time over a month and a half and threaten the Better Business Buro in order for them to even respond to my RMA claim.
My overall opinion is to pass this and other Razer products up.
