overal quality as far as audio seems to be better. Tells you the battery life after every call and seems to get a little bit better battery life. The smart switching is better two. I have a cell phone and a softphone on my pc that i use interchangeably all day long. Old headset would get lost sometimes but new one is pretty seamless. I have nothing but good things to say about the PRO+. I got mine on cyber monday for half price at tigerdirect. I should have ordered two...
