The Plug

Ok so this might be more of a general headphone question but why do I sometimes have to twist the headphones around in the jack to get them to work right? Because sadly this is happening to my headphones now.

it usually has more to do with the jack than the plug. so it's probably whatever device you're plugging it into isn't making a good contact with the plug so you have to turn it to get the contacts to a better spot/orientation.

yeah it usually seems to be the jack but I'm using my iphone and when I plug in other headphones they work just like normal

this started happening to mine months ago, and they are now entirely useless. it's a common problem with them. i'm sending mine back for replacement, i recommend you do the same.

oh I wish I could have... so a few days after I wrote that I went to the warranty thing on the website and they said to send it in. so I went to the passenger side of my car to grab them. luckily for me it turns out they were hanging halfway out the door while I was driving down a highway for a while earlier that day. needless to say, they were busted. so I've looked at some klipsch s4i headphones I think and they seem to be better for the same price so I'll probably get them
