I paid $400.00 for this Box in Feb. 12. Two days later I had problems and they continue today. I asked Directv if I could return the Box. They related that I could, but they won't credit the account. They admitted that the Box had problems and that I should wait for them to work them out, but still pay the monthly lease on it. While watching a program the Box will shut off and reboot itself, this takes about 10 to 15 minutes without TV. Ocassionally the picture will flicker on and off every 20 seconds. I have reset this Box myself numerous times. I wanted the Picture in Picture feature from this Box. It was very small, side by side, with a large border around it. Everytime that I call Directv, they relate that they know there are issues with the Box and that I should be patient. They don't know how to fix the Box. As a customer of Directv, I am VERY disappointed with this Box and their Customer Relations Dept. concerning this Box. I am looking at other options. This Box is JUNK.
