Stylus+App Combo for PDF annotation on the iPad?

Hey guys,
I'm looking for recommendations for a good combo for my iPad of a stylus + PDF annotation app. I am looking for a combo that will let me efficiently and comfortably enter handwritten notes on PDFs. Any ideas? I must say that I have already seen several styluses which didn't seem good enough for accurate handwriting (I want to carefully write notes on top of a PDF - not just write some free form text), so I'm wondering if it's even a realistic expectation from the iPad...

There was a question previously posted that has some good recommendations on stylus for the iPad: gdgt.com/question/looking-for-recommendations-for-...

I personally have used the Kensington iPad stylus and the rubber knub on it actually makes it kind of annoying to use. There is too much resistance while trying to write. One that looks really interesting from the question I linked you too is the Jot & JotPro by Adonit.

One app I found that lets you annotate over PDF files is Noterize. I only needed it in a pinch so I was just looking for something free.

Hey, thanks. I know there's a separate thread on this topic, but it seems to me as too positive - compared to my experience with some of the styluses. Perhaps it's because the previous topic didn't mention precision editing and handwriting, just general-purpose usage. The app topic wasn't mentioned there as well. Thats why I thought a new topic can be useful...

Just wanted to give you a good starting point in case you didn't see it yet. Hopefully someone who has used it for precision editing will be able to help further.

I, too, am looking for a good app for that. I would also like to see such handwriting annotation integrated in ebook readers.

I have found the "Noterize" app which seems pretty good for PDF annotation. The problem is that my current stylus is a Targus (bought it after researching for a good one). I have also tried Wacom's Bamboo. I didn't find yet any stylus that seems appropriate for handwriting (you can handwrite, but it's just not precise enough)
