So who else picked up the HTC Vivid? And who else scored it for $99!

I have wanted this phone since I 1st heard rumors of it back in March, when it was called the Holiday...

Now if AT&T would just bring LTE to the LA market ;)

I'm waiting, but I may pick it up on the 18th of November. I get paid, and might have some free cash laying around :o)

I'm loving mine...

Only issue with it is battery life, but I knew going in that with a 4.5" qHD display and being made by HTC that it would be bad.... so it's no worse than I expected

My buddy with the Vivid was just saying how great the battery life is! He doesn't have the LTE service on it yet, so I guess that answers the question of how thirsty LTE chips are.

no... I'm not in an LTE market either...

Maybe your buddy just expected it to be worse than it is. ;)

It's fine all day if i'm texting, reading facebook, twitter... sending emails etc.

if i watch Netfix... it's done in few hours.

It IS however, getting better after a few charge cycles...

Circling back to this. I picked it up on Sunday, and so far loving it! Got it for $99. Now just waiting for AT&T to turn up the LTE in NYC and I'll be in heaven! :o)

this phone would be good at $199.

at the $99 it's going for in NY, LA and SF... it's a steal!
