Should I get one?

So I have an iPhone and an iPod Touch. I really have no use for an Archos 5, but I got to play with the new 8GB model in Radio Shack. I would like to get one just to play around with Android. Will it eventually run 2.0? Is it now stable enough to even consider buying?
Looking for some opinions.

Seems like too much new stuff will be coming out next quarter. Better to wait.

I wouldn't. I think we will see a lot of Android 5 inch tablets that are better then this at CES. Besides, do you really want that resistive screen?

and mabye a $50 price reduction on the 32GB

Out of the box though, this device doesn't have any of the "Google Experience" features. No Android Marketplance, etc. You can hack it of course, but it seems like more of a hassle than it's worth. That said, the price of this device and having an internet tablet at home is kind of tempting.
