Setting repeat rate

Is it possible to speed up the repeat rate of the keys? Not sure if this is a keyboard issue or an iOS issue.

Probably iOS. I use it on the PlayBook and have no repeat at all. It would make sense, as press and hold is used on touch keyboards, so the OS would be designed differently.
