So, should I wait? I was all set to buy the 24" iMac (my first mac) when I heard the rumor. Are these kind of rumors pretty commonly incorrect? Do they usually start shipping as soon as they announce or is it a few months later? Do they have any deals if a new one comes out shortly after you've bought one? Any particularly cool features that people are expecting?
I'm starting to think I should just go ahead and get it. At this point I don't mind much spending a few hundred dollars to get it a few months early. Unless there are new features that I really want.

Thanks everyone! I did decide to hold off, and the rumors are getting stronger especially on appleinsider.com. It's been "any day now" for a while, so I'm hopeful that it'll be here next week.
