I own a 2nd gen Drobo. I have had it for 9 months or so and it has recently started freezing up - all the lights come on - the leds go solid red and I have to cycle the power to reboot it.
Anyone else come across this? It's very very frustrating as I am rebooting at least once a day.

To clarify - I do refer to manuals and look things up. This link doesn't answer my question - as I have done the obvious things like check firmware versions! To give you a bit more detail - I'm running through a Drobo Share and accessing from multiple Macs running Snow Leopard. All firmware is up to date, as are patches to Snow Leopard.
So, from the link you gave me - great,but I'm a few stages on from that.
Have to say I'm not very impressed with Drobo - slow and currently flaky.
