Prevening Screen Burn?
Does anyone have any tips for preventing screen burn when you spend 8+ hours a day on the thing?
I advise my clients to set the screen saver off, and turn on monitor shut down instead.
LCD's don't burn in.. this is quite true, however the CCFL lighting system degrades with usage. It's essentially a florescent tube built in to the lcd panel. And like any florescent bulb over time they burn out.
