That article doesn't even answer the question it asks.
It goes on to talk about Samsung and Android. Not whether Nokia can make a comeback. It just makes statements about the mistakes RIM and Nokia have made and not how they are trying to fix it. RIM is fighting back with OS10, and Nokia will be with Windows Phone 8-mentioned nowhere in the article.
The Lumia 900 (the phone you tagged) isn't going to save Nokia. It is pretty much dead in the water.
