No Mac problems here
I use the G2410s—two of them—with my MacBook Pro and Mac Pro and a KVM. [Tempting fate, I'm happy to say that] after almost two years of daily use for more than 10-12 hours a day, I've never had a problem with either of them. Sometimes the light sensors are a little more sensitive than I'd like them to be, but they perform well and without incident. I particularly appreciate the lack of heat they put off compared to previous monitors.

I should state that I haven't seen issues in ALL of the dozen or so G2410s we have, only maybe 3-4 of them. And I think running these by DisplayPort seems to increase the odds of wonky behavior.
