Network Speeds?

Does anyone know what are the speeds for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands? 150? 300? 450Mbps???

I believe it is 300Mbps between computers on the network (intranet, not internet)

Also keep in mind the wired connection (ethernet ports) are only 100Mbps, so your maximum speed to the internet will be 100Mbps
