I took my son to Target yesterday and he got a chance to try out the Vita. In addition to the demo unit they had the following games available:
Marvel vs. Capcom
Little Deviants
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
FIFA Soccer
ModNation Racers
Wipeout 2048
Lumines
Hot Shots Golf
plus two others housed with the PSP games (Dungeon Hunter plus one other)
Unfortunately, the buy two get one free sale does not start until Tuesday. After finally getting his hands on the device, my son was really disappointed that we could not buy any games. Oh well, now my wife will need has an additional item on her errand list for Tuesday morning.

It seems like the real deals are waiting for the official launch date of the system. Hell even Sony is only selling pre-orders as of today. (The official Launch Date is wednesday, the 22nd)

I don't think I was clear. Target did not have any devices available for sale, they had the demo unit to try. I do not think the devices will be available until Wednesday. We have one scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday from Amazon.
