Discussion about
My elbow has been getting very sore lately from a traditional mouse, so I'm giving this thing a shot.
Been using it an hour now and I can see that it will be awhile before I'm used to it.
The soreness in my elbow would generally only show up towards the end of the day, but has had a general soreness about it for the past couple of weeks. So even this morning I started out with a little soreness. I think it will take a few days to be able to decide if this is helping.
One new problem I'm seeing is that instead of internal elbow pain, I am feeling a little bit of external pain because this mouse forces my elbow to rest on the table a little awkwardly. We'll see how that goes.
I will try and post an update in a week or so after I've gotten used to this thing.

I've been using this mouse for about a month now. The pain in my elbow has definitely subsided. I never have the ache in my elbow at the end of the day like I used to. Since the only reason I got this mouse was to solve elbow pain, I have to say that it did its job.
Now, here are my complaints:
- Accuracy. This was a known problem going in, but with this mouse you use your whole arm instead of just your wrist to move it. This makes it more difficult to make fine movements. If you are doing a lot of photoshopping (for instance), you might have trouble with this mouse.
- Scroll wheel. This mouse has no scroll wheel. Instead, it has a button that you push and hold and drag the mouse which acts like a scroll wheel, but not as well. It doesn't seem to work in all programs - but does work in web browsers.
- Buttons. I think I read this issue on some other review of this device. But my buttons (right and left click) don't seem to have very good response. Sometimes when I first click the button, nothing happens. So I have to click a second time and/or click harder. I'm not sure what the problem is. It can be annoying, but isn't a giant problem.
- Connectivity. Here's a weird one. I have the wireless unit. Any time I shut off my computer and restart it, the mouse loses connection to the computer. I have to push the rest button on the mouse and on the usb dongle. Again, this is not a huge problem because I only power off my work computer over the weekends.
