If you can please hook it up to a regular PC and see if it works. I am considering getting one for a PC as I can see some benefits over a mouse in certain situations and have no idea if it will work or not.
However, I would recommend Googling it before purchasing, I had a quick look and it doesn't look like much of the functionality can be carried over to Windows.
What kind of things do you want to use it for? It doesn't really seem practical to me. I do enjoy using trackpads but I do a lot of graphics work and a mouse works much better in those situations.
I am looking at using it for programming. I've basically torn up my finger over the years. I'm looking at having a trackpad replace the scroll wheel for navigating large amount of code with a two finger scroll like I use on my notebook.
Think it will work pretty well for this purpose, I have been mostly using it for web browsing so far, which is a nice experience and as I work with a Mac all day as well gives me a different hand position for leisure time which I guess must be a good thing?
