LOVE IT. I've had it for just over a week now and it is just awesome. Upgraded when my 350D died after 22,300 photos.

My 350D is starting to die on me, though I am closer to 150,000 shutter clicks. I also ordered this and it will arrive today.

The control layout is different so you will have to rememorize where everything is. The power switch is on the left, but I still reaching up with my right thumb to turn the power on. Battery life is so much better. Enjoy

I also replaced a 350D with the 60D and I'm finding it a very decent upgrade. However, image quality is not as much better than my five-year-old camera as I would have expected. Nevertheless, a joy to use.
