Lousy screen (I have the 1920x1080), overheats even with normal work, crashes after a couple of minutes when playing 3D games, fingerprint reader never worked…

but I did't bother to return it...

If this is still under warranty, you should definitely reach out to Dell about it. I know someone who has that computer and he wasn't experiencing those issues.
