Definitely.

Was going to pre-order one, but ended up having my app accepted into AppWorld and RIM is shipping one to me. Since I'm getting one for free, will likely buy my Dad (a hardcore BB users from the very beginning) one.

Despite all of the hate on RIM that the Apple fans have been directing towards the PlayBook, I'm betting on success for RIM and the new OS.

A simple notepad app for now, still learning Action Script and AIR. Hoping to make more interesting apps once I get a PlayBook and have time to learn more.
