Last week I used my OLD creative zen micro - to record my daughter's wedding.
It worked GREAT but for some reason I cant copy the recorded files off it to the laptop! The software crashes each time I try. It worked a few months ago when I was able to add and copy files, but now I cant do that either. (XP is on the laptop) I reinstalled the software, but that didnt work. I am thinking my option is to play the files thru an external speaker and record it onto my OTHER zen (microphoto). (And that will take a LONG TIME in a silent room!) **(that being said, I LOVE my lil zens.) Any ideas? Thanks
There's no mention of which MediaSource version you're using. Perhaps that would be a start.
