• I have two of these (a V2 and and a V8) running dd-wrt in tandem to carry my wireless network across my entire apartment (it's long and narrow).

• This little guy was the best router ive had so far. The first one i had i loaded with some janky custom firmware and it went to hell.
• Make sure you get the WRT54GL! The L is Important!
• I've had a few of these. They seem to work great for a few years, then get flakey.
