It's the best lens I own right now and I absolutely love the sharp noise-free images from this lens.
Nice! I've always been interested in this lens, since it's roughly equivalent to a 50mm lens on a DX camera sensor (35mm x 1.5 = 52.5mm). But it's a little more expensive than a 50mm f/1.8 (~$100 - $110).
That said, a 50mm on a DX camera body is 75mm, so most people buying a cheapo 50 end up losing the awesome aspect of shooting with it in the first place, when they couple it with their consumer crop factor DSLR.
Anyway, any examples of things you've shot with it?
