Is there any way to tweak the scroll wheel settings for mouses?

I decided to give Ubuntu a go as my main PC OS and it's been pretty awesome so far, but one thing that is a pain in the ass is that when I scroll up and down on webpages I have to move the scroll wheel a lot more than I did when I was on Windows.

Same, I am using Ubuntu as my main OS on my laptop, and hate the scrolling, its too slow IMO.
