Is there a replacement on the horizon?

Hey guys, I'm interested in purchasing the S100.. i just wanted to check and see if its likely a replacement is far away given it was a late 2011 release on this model?

My response is late, but Canon has announced the PowerShot S110 with added Wifi and Touchscreen controls.
