Is the iPad 2 uglier than the orignal?
I think the front is much prettier, while the back on the 2 is sooo much uglier. Its just messy What do you guys think.
You probably like the first generation back since it looks more like a unibody MacBook Pro with its sharper edges. Personally, I like both designs but the new one would make more sense, being thinner.

The iPad 2, minus the dual core CPU and better GPU, is exactly what the iPad 1 should have been. The lines can be debated on taste, that's about it.
I think the pictures of the iPad 2 don't really do it justice. When I actually held it in the store I liked it a lot better than I did when I first saw it online. That said, I think the original iPad still has a beautiful aesthetic to it that's a bit more consistant than the one present on the iPad 2. In the end though, I like the front of the iPad 2 more than the front of the iPad, and the back of the iPad better than the back of the iPad 2.
