my iphone 4s can't sync to itunes, even it did several weeks, now I can't sync my files from itunes to 4s.
another problems, we I open the keyboard, I can't close it, even I turn the page. I need to turn off then turn on my iphone, what's the problem?

If you were to talk to Apple, I would 95% expect them to tell you to restore the device to factory defaults. Have you tried this?
