iPhone 4S car mount recommendations?
Wondering what folks like as far as iPhone 4S car mounts/cradles. Preferably looking for something that swivels and has power/aux cords. But the key factor is that the mount functions well. My car has a lighter outlet at base of center console and cup holders. Would consider window mounts as well.
I bought a vent mount and dash mount from Arkon: www.arkon.com/ for my Incredible 2. They're universal mounts which means they'll fit a lot of different phones. I've been really happy with the product especially when you consider both of them were under $20 for the kits.
There is a little piece that swivels up/down in order to provide support for the phone. You can kind of see it here in this picutre: www.arkon.com/cm/cm000/thumb/gn047-sbh.jpg . I've been driving and had the phone start bouncing due to bumps or pot holes and never had a problem. When I'm in my car later I'll take a better picture of the support arm for the vent.
