For god's sake... for most people "Laptop weight: 2.2 lb" doesn't mean a thing... would really appreciate Metric units.

What about price? OK you are referring to products available in the US most of the time, plus prices may (most often) differ in the US and in mainland Europe, but still. I hate always going to other sites just to convert USD to GBP or EUR...

Under your account settings click on the preferences tab, on the right hand side you will "Localization" you can change that from imperial to metric.
