I've upgraded the RAM to 2GB. The Patriot DDR3-1333 modules they sell at Frys don't seem to work. The machine won't even POST. Tried two.

No dice. A Crucial module of the same spec worked flawlessly, however. A Patriot 1066 module booted, but was very flakey.

I put Win7 Pro on there and it is also a vast improvement over Starter.

The WiFi has excellent range.

The glossy plastic on the lid is a real dust and fingerprint magnet.

Portal and Tron 2.0 have excellent sharpness and frame rate on the default settings.
Sorry, but those are the only two PC 3d games I own. I prefer consoles when I have the option.

The trackpad is good for a trackpad (and I hate trackpads), although the buttons are a bit stiff. The Synaptics configuration software really lets you customize its behavior.

The HDMI works great on the spare DVI-D port on my Dell monitor at work (via adapter cable).
