I ordered this guy on the 6th of Jan and it finally showed up today. I'm pretty satisfied after playing with it for a few hours.

Haven't ran into any of the bugs and glitches it's famous for yet although the calls are fairly muffled sounding. Nice screen, keyboard works great, still dreading having to login to all my apps/websites.

A few days later and I'm very dissatisfied. Having to pull the battery several times a day due to freezing up or failing to wake from lock. Hoping it's a bad unit and not the entire line. I plan on sending it back for exchange.

I'm pretty happy with mine; I've had it about 6 days now. I had to do a few (3) battery pulls as well tho, all occurred when it slept during an app or game install. I think it prolly would've revived if I'd waited (had a similar thing go down installing Seesmic today, but I just put it aside for a bit and it woke up on its own). Generally, I really like this thing. Great screen, good keyboard, lovely OS. I hope your exchange is less fussy.

I've decided to give it a full week before acting mainly due to laziness. I love it when it's working, and more then likely I'll wait on this first update and hope for a battery pull avg. of less than 1 a day.
