This new one is an absolute nightmare! I have had it in 3 times because it crashes constantly. Any document worth keeping, I store on a CD-RW disk. The repair guy has tried doing Windows 7 Up-Grade on it with no improvement whatsoever. It crahes faster when using Satallite Internet vs Air Card.
Personally, it has to be the VISTA program. Would love to uninstall current program and get XP... But repair guy says it cannot happen.

I loved my first Dell laptop so well that when an unidentified person (literally) stole it, I bought another Dell. I was used to XP and it never let me down.
