I love my hacked PSP.
I use to have a hacked PSP, a couple of years ago. I loved it, and I especially loved it hacked. Me and my friend used to load up a CSP II emulator and play Street Fighter 2 (arcade) against each other over an ad-hoc wifi connection. Very cool. There was also a lot of really cool homebrew available. I highly recommend getting the PSP port of Cave Story. One of my favorite platformers.
Mostly the ability to stack up a ton of games, emulators, what have you, on a memory card without hassles.
Admittedly, my new job has me playing quite a bit less than I used to, but the PSP is the thing I grab if I expect to be gaming.
I'll use the PSP as opposed to even my Dingoo A320 or some other "pure" emulation machine, mostly because of the larger screen and better quality controls.
