ways and USB keyboards. It also doesn't look like an app needs to explicitly have code to be able to use said devices, since I tested in multiple applications even iPhone ones and so far all have worked with the keyboard. I've only tested the USB audio with Skype, which is an iPhone app.

With this, I have to say it's a bit awkward to use the iPad with a keyboard, since you'll be interrupted when typing when you see that you have to touch the screen to select buttons and menu items and such, so for you keyboard shortcut fanatics, such as myself, this would probably drive you crazy. I know it has for me and I just gave up my idea that a keyboard would add any value to it.

I'll also have to reinforce my view that the iPad, for various reasons, is a poor device to get any actual work done (anyone that tells you the opposite has either a lot of patience or is just lying to themselves), but it is a very good media consumption device. Reading news, browsing non-flash websites, watching streaming video, audio, twitter, you name it, the iPad is great at consuming, but a poor substitute for an actual computer.
