I had this and worked for about 3 weeks, and then the connector between the ear pieces came loose, and the stereo connections were cutting in and out giving me…

a headache. Took the extra ear piece out and now resort to a simple mono bluetooth headset.

I have had the same experience. Additionally the volume is going.
