Heads up, major Xbox 360 UI "Metro" like update coming tomorrow (Dec 6th)
I have to say i'm more excited about this than i probably should be. I'm sick and tired of the current menu system and from what i've seen of the one coming tomorrow, it's going to breathe new life into the xbox for most of us.
I was sad to see so much of the content of the new update pushed off until later in the year. Youtube and iheartradio probably would have gotten some use from me (Really wish it had some Pandora too). But oh well; its a nice interface bump. Hopefully more and more content gets added over time. I really wish there was an easy way to get podcasts to the Xbox without the whole download, upnp share, play on Xbox, etc.
I'm looking forward to the new look. I was also disappointed to hear that much of the new content is being delayed (HBO Go in particular). Based on reviews, it appears it will be quicker to navigate the different menus. Kinect voice integration looks much improved as well.
