Have they actually shipped?

Has the company actually shipped? I know they say they have, but as of yet I have not heard of anyone actually receiving one or any reviews at all...

I think they first shipment was actually sending it out to developers and testers to test out the beta software. So hopefully this will actually ship in the next month.
