Has anyone had an issue where the iPad is connected to wifi, but apps that use network connectivity don't work?

There are random occurrences with my iPad where I try to user Twitter, go on a website, etc...but content doesn't load. I'll try to go to Google.com, but the progress bar will get stuck or I'll try to refresh my Twitter timeline and it never shows me anything new.

I see in the upper left corner that I'm connected to wifi (even in the settings menu) and the little pinwheel that pops up when you're trying to load content (like refreshing the Twitter timeline). The only way to fix it is to turn wifi off then on or just reboot the device.

Anyone experience this?

I seemed to resolve this by just resetting my router. Really strange that this was the solution since it was only the iPad that was having the issue, none of my other devices.

Hmmmmm, I wonder... do the EVO and the iPad use the same wifi chipset? I have similar issues with my EVO.
