Has anyone gotten this phone? First and last experience with Symbian for me was the Nokia E71x. Sexy hardware, hideous OS.

Did they improve Symbian enough to make it competitive? I just don't think there's enough lipstick in the world to make this pig pretty.

I have one. Short answer: no. Social networking and navigation aren't bad, but the virtual QWERTY is unusable. It's slightly smoother Symbian with touch, but it's still Symbian, and Symbian simply wasn't designed for touch.

That's the consensus, Symbian is one of the Untouchables. Not competitive in the U.S., bye bye. See you in the third world countries.
